My name is Jean Christophe MALVAUD, I am from Provence, yes yes Provence… you will tell me: but what is he doing here ?!

After two years spent in the Army as a volunteer with UNPROFOR (soldier in Former Yugoslavia), I started my professional experience as a painter laborer then a painter worker for nine years.

Then i joined a private service company for two years before being recruited by a National real estate group which managed private apartments for tax exemption. I mainly carried out inventories, orders and follow-up work and this for almost four years.

Then I joined the teams of a social landlord from the region. My missions were to carry out inventory reports, cleaning, reminders for unpaid rents and many other missions in follow-up of works.

 

With over twenty years of experience in satellite real estate trades, I wanted to put this experience at the service of everyone. After closely observing the local real estate market, I saw a very need for furnished tourist rentals and the services that revolve around this activity.

 

So I decided to offer a real concierge service coupled with a complementary multi-service activity, so my knowledge of the sector and their players will allow me to provide a large number of requests and if I am not authorized to to intervene, I would submit competent and responsive local stakeholders to you.

 

Concierge side:

I am at your disposal if you wish to rent your property on a seasonal basis via dedicated online booking sites such as Air BnB, booking ect…. I provide, according to your needs, reservations, I respond to requests from tenant customers; I manage for you the arrivals, the departures, the maintenance, the additional services (management // rental of household linen, baby equipment ...) I assure a complete service and adaptable to each, in short, I manage for you.

I can also take care of your property in your absence (surveillance, opening, maintenance, preparation of your accommodation ...)

 

Multi-service rating:

You can contact me for painting work, small DIY jobs (changing a lock, cleaning a housing, installing a shelf, assembling a piece of furniture, removing your bulky items ...) and more.

 

I carry out inventory reports on tablets for the entry or exit of your student tenants or for the year.
